Mike gave us the history of Charleston during the Civil war era just as we requested. Also he is local to the tour area and knew many interesting facts and stories that he shared. We would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a genuine tour by a personable and professional tour guide.

Mike was fantastic!! Very personal tour that Mike catered to us and 1 other couple. He was very informative about the rich war history of Charleston and also added lots of social history of that era too. So it was entertaining for my husband who loves the war history and me that enjoys hearing about the social lives of the people that lived in this beautiful area during those times. And he even had some great stories about some of the current families that live in the historic district. Highly recommend!! And he even took all four of us back into town with his own car and recommended some great spots for lunch!!
