What To Expect
1
Donnelly House
The Donnelly House is a beautiful Queen Anne style home built for the Love of his Life in 1893 by JP Donnelly. JP was one of the Founders of the local Yacht Club, the First Mayor of Mount Dora and quite the character. There is a twist here though and we’ll give you the low down on our Historic Downtown Electric Cart Tour.
2
Mount Dora Historical Society Museum
On our Historic Downtown Electric Cart Tour we'll pass by the Old Fire Station and Jail House. This building is now the Historical Society Museum and definitely worth a visit after your tour with us as it’s filled with trinkets from years gone by.

Jimmy was an excellent tour guide. He knows some fascinating local history and took me to all the best points of interest. He offered to take pictures and also stopped for me to take pictures multiple times. So much fun. I went back later that evening for the Christmas lights tour. It was spectacular.

Noticed the trolley around town and my wife and I decided to call and get info for a tour. John answers and said he could pick us up on 10 minutes. True to his word we started the tour. We enjoyed it very much and we were very well informed. Thank you John for an excellent experience
