Yo dog, great experience. The attention to details and dates was staggering. We learned so much in such a fun way. Will definitely recommend this tour. He was even able to arrange a very foggy night for us. Hope to take another tour with him.

We booked in Viator and originally the time we were given was noon but then when I was printing all docs the time came up as 1159pm. We did not want to do this so late so I called and they said noon was not even an option and 1159 is not either. They changed us to 10pm. The entire booking experience was was a disaster and I’m a travel agent. Then the actual tour was awful as well

Sorry you were disappointed. Apparently viator misinformed you about the time we run our tours. During off season they're at six and eight pm Sunday through Thursday . .6:00 8:00 and 10:00 Friday and Saturdays .we only do 11:59 or midnight tours during season . It appears that viator's agent confused the midnight tour with a noon tour. Unfortunately the misinformation you received from viatour diminished the entire experience for which I apologize. however we are unable to control how viator operates or perhaps the lack of training their reservationists received. But shouldn't you have left this review with viator? Being a travel agent, surely you understand the difference between a broker and the actual touring company. Sorry you didn't enjoy your tour and I will look into it with viator as well as the tour guides on duty. Fortunately the majority of our guests give us five stars and have a great time as you can see from the majority of the reviews.Thank you for writing but I think viator's misinformation and inability to match the times that you wanted reflected negatively on the tour. I sincerely wish you would have called me immediately when you've noticed the problem. My telephone number is all over the websites and on the tickets. I would have been happy to refund your money. Or schedule you a private tour that reflected your schedule.
