Sonya was amazing. Very informative and passionate. She gave a great historic review with enlightening personal experience and did a phenomenal job of connecting the past with the future. Would recommend her for every tour. I'd only recommend non-pork options.

Enjoyed hearing the stories about the tour guide’s family and growing up in Ybor City. Wish there had been more Cuban food. Meatballs and Shepherds Pie did not seem to fit in. No mention of the contributions to the history of Ybor by the Gonzmart family. I would have started with gazpacho and sangrias. Mojitos with Cuban sandwich. Gelato would also be nice.

Great food your and learned a lot about the area, history and food of the different cultures. We even had a short street car ride. Well worth it.
