What To Expect

Stone Street Historic District

Walk along cobblestoned streets and drink in the historic taverns that were visited by patriots such as George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, and Ben Franklin.

I was the only person on the tour and they went anyway which I really appreciated. Sarah the tour guide was great. Shared the history of the area and pubs, had photos on her iPad, made great beer recommendations, and was very enjoyable to talk with. Highly recommend the tour. Starting point is 3 blocks from the South Ferry subway stop.

What a fun yet informative way to spend your afternoon, while learning about old NYC! Dylan gave us choice tidbits of revolutionary knowledge about this old tip of Manhattan, while we enjoyed a pint or 2 or3!!! LOL
