This tour was amazing! Lou is first-class. He is very knowledgeable about the area, full of great stories (historical and personal) about each site/location, and very personable. It felt very much like a private tour. We did not want to drive to LA and hassle with parking, driving to each place, etc. We wanted to relax and be chauffeured around. He promptly picked us up from our hotel in Newport Beach and drove us to LA. We were so glad we picked this company. Nice vehicle with heat/ac available when needed. As the sun went down and it started to cool off, we were happy to not be in an open air vehicle. So many others looked miserable in the open air...and places we stopped they were simply driving by. This tour allowed us to see and experience EVERYTHING we wanted to see in LA and more. He takes you to the typical tour sites, but because he's so connected and knowledgeable about the area, we were able to venture off the beaten path and see so much more. We even met Kit Hoover (she's my new best friend) and Mario Lopez from Access Hollywood. All I can say is wow! I told him we would be back!

My wife and I were visiting Newport Beach and decided to take a tour of Hollywood. Since we didn’t feel like renting a car and venturing out on our own, we looked into tours for the area. I called the week before and spoke with Lou who was extremely helpful in answering our questions and a genuinely nice and friendly man. Lou was even kind enough to pick us up at our hotel and return us to the hotel after the tour was over. We enjoyed eating lunch at the farmers market, definitely something to see. Food was reasonably priced and good portions. Lou is extremely informative and took lots of pictures for us. The other couples who were in the luxury air-conditioned large van were a pleasant group to travel with. Make sure you block off enough time as this tour takes most of the day. Fortunately we didn’t have anything else going on later that day so we enjoyed it tremendously. You definitely could not beat the price for the time spent. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to get a good overview of Hollywood and Beverly Hills, but doesn’t want to deal with the headache of driving. Thank you Lou for a great day!
