Driver did not come inside as requested. Vehicle was not company vehicle pictured on website. We got a guy who worked for uber or some rideshare company. We had to wait for driver to arrive. Totally misled about what we paid for and what we got: OVERPRICED Uber driver

Dear Tandy, We are very sad to receive your negative feedback. Please note that we accept orders no later than 24 hours prior to pick-up time, and this information is indicated on the website. This is how much time it takes us to provide high-level services. But you booked the transfer at the last moment, and that was also on Christmas Eve. We have tried not to cancel your reservation or leave you at the airport on this festive evening, but to deliver you to your destination. We tried our best and provided you with a service, despite the busy schedule. We have a large fleet of vehicles and not all cars in the photo. However, we have provided you with a vehicle that was available at the time of your late booking. The car you received was clean and comfortable and driver was polit. Please book your transfer in advance to avoid disappointment. Happy New Year!!!

driver was very helpful. Driving to our hotel was good. Vehicle was great, big enough to accommodate 6 of us and our luggage.
