James was beyond great! He messaged us in Houston before we actually left for our flight. He sent us pictures of where he would be and of what the airport baggage claim looks like. He texted us before we took off to wish us a safe trip and that he will be there and upon arrival we had another text that he was waiting for us. It was very comforting just knowing that we had him there when we got off of our flight. His car was neat and clean and had cold water for us. James provided us with a wealth of knowledge about Hawaii but he also was a great resource during our stay. We really wanted to attend a luau (we missed our originally scheduled one) and he went above and beyond on his own time trying to assist us in finding a luau experience at the last minute. He service and care was second to none! Thanks James!!!

I booked Paradise Hawaii Tour’s practice Airpot Transfer service during our family vacation in Honolulu. And I’m glad we choose them. The company gave use very clear direction and well communicate with update and confirmation. The transfer service arrived on time both arrival and departure trip. The vehicle is clean and we saw disinfectant cleaner and sanitizers with the driver. It makes all family member very comfortable with the ride. Very knowledgeable and friendly aloha spirit driver, he gave us a lot insight about the the island, recommended a lot great place for us (restaurants, hikes and breaches). 5 start service makes us feel like VIP. This company also help us with booking and recommending outdoor activities since they are a tour company. It save us so much time and effort searching around, make our vacation much more memorable.
