Nice lady providing good info. A lot of history. Bus was on time. Had a lot of fun. You can go off and on the bus in different places.

Our guide was very friendly, entertaining and informative. It was thoroughly enjoyable. She was also an attentive good driver. A DART bus sped through a red light that had been red for a while. She saw it. That could have been a disaster. I should have left a bigger tip 🤔

Hello. We booked this event and were looking forward to a fun morning seeing the city of Dallas ! We expected to have an experience where we could go at our own pace as advertised ! The driver was extremely robotic. She only let us as a group take 2 minutes at one stop and then only let one person off the bus to take a photo for the group at another spot. She always said “you can’t see it but I’ll just tell you about it” many times. We already were NOT ALLOWED TO TALK! It was insane. We were told to stop talking many times and it was very uncomfortable. Based on the reviews and description we thought we would have a chance to get photos ! We couldn’t even get a group photo. How disappointing ! The ad was very deceiving also with the “hop on hop off” phrase. We also were rushing to the horn honking to get back on the bus one of us almost fell down !!!!!! We were told if we didn’t make it back in 30 seconds we would be left behind. We almost fell on the rocks. We planned this matches our outfits. We had a group of 10! We couldn’t even laugh and enjoy ourselves ! What a total BUST!!!!!

We are sorry you didn't have a good experience. However you were on the hop tour and the trolley cannot stop for long as the trolley has to stay on time and pick up at each stop. That is why it is a hop tour, you can hop off and experience the attractions at each stop. The trolley comes back around and picks you up. This is how hop tours operate. They don't stop for long periods of time at each stop. Loud talking is not allowed as everyone else on the tour would like to hear the tour guide talk about the attractions and the interesting fun facts of Dallas. When people are talking loudly it's difficult to hear the tour guide.
