Had the 48 hour Hop on Hop off tour of Hollywood/Santa Monica/Downtown LA. Very easy to access with stops frequently located through all parts of LA. Buses come about every 20 minutes except when late and traffic is bad- waited at Santa Monica about an hour at 5pm wondering if last bus had already been- could be improved with some kind of tracking app. Bus drivers mostly friendly and accommodating however some didn’t say the stops out loud meaning you had to recognise stops or listen with headphones to recording to know where you were. Recording has many interesting facts and made for an enjoyable ride!

Everyone was very helpful to name a few Naomi, Loretta, Guido all really helped me get back on track when I missed my bus to Anaheim. Prior to that they gave us a lot of good tips best way to get lay of the land and get where you want to go economically. Can’t say enough about their customer service, kindness and passion for their job. We took LA hop on hop off also pick up and drop off from Anaheim! Highly recommend!!
