The tour guide waited 30-40 mins after it started raining to offer the customers ponchos. We are all wet by then.

We spent the first day just trying to get our vouchers printed out. We saw a hop on hop off bus at the stop by the Sheridan hotel but they drove off leaving us there to wait and wonder. We then made our way to the second redemption site in the French quarter. They would not print our vouchers because we didn’t have a QR code on the reservation confirmation. They were rude and didn’t want to get off their phones to help. Instead, they sent us to the last redemption site on Basin St (stop 5). The staff there were extremely apologetic and helpful. All they had to do was look at our last name and they were able to easily print our tickets. Unfortunately, it was close to 4pm. My family was starving as we had wasted several hours in the hot sun just trying to get our tickets or tickets printed. It made the beginning of our experience very stressful and disappointing. Thankfully, we were happy with the tour guides once we were able to enjoy it on day 2.
