Zelda our guide was interesting and informative. Easy on and off. We had a 3 day pass which we ended up not using on the last day but that was ok. The only negative thing I would say is this group in New Orleans only has 2 buses so you do end up waiting longer if you get off. I've used the hop on hop off in multiple cities and there's always numerous buses so wait time no more than 10 minutes and we could use them instead of spending money for taxi or Uber but not in New Orleans. You must download the bus app to see where the only 2 buses are located. One morning we just missed the bus it was a long hot wait with no where to sit or stand out of the sun.

Well our experience was subpar. After waiting about a half hour for a bus to come to our stop, they told us that they only had 3 seats available, we had a total of 4 in our party. We were pretty annoyed because if there was a working app to tell if it was a available we could have saved ourselves 30 minutes of waiting for a bus that we could not even get on. We bought 2 days worth of tickets, that we could not even use. Hope that our next experience will be better.
