It was going to be very cold for our booking and Chad was concerned especially for our two year old. He ensured we had sufficient warm blankets and hand warmers before we started. He was waiting for us at the designated spot, in advance of the time with a beautiful well looked after horse and a wonderfully maintained carriage. The ride itself is stunning and made captivating by the knowledge of Chad and his genuine enthusiasm and passion for the park and his love of animals. He was keen to ensure we had a safe and good time and was happy to let our horse mad 9 year old take the reins up front with him as he took photos and videos of us. It was a perfect family adventure with some romantic views for the parents too!

We rode with Chad and he was great. As nice as can be, engaged us with good conversation and the tour has amazing views throughout! The horses are beautiful as well.

This was a magical experience! Chad was our driver and was so knowledgeable about the history of the park. His horse Ivan was beautiful and so well behaved. The park was covered in snow in some parts after a snow storm had come through the week before, so us Floridians we were so excited to see that. It looked like we were driving through parts of Narnia. My husband, kids and I will be talking about this experience for years. We will definitely book another trip the next time we are back up in the area.
