We were concerned that because we had just completed the side-by-side excursion the previous evening that the covered wagon excursion was going to be less enjoyable. To our great surprise we stills had a great time. Mac and O’dell were fun and knowledgeable. The food was great, we saw a mama moose with her calf, and were able to pet their baby goats. SO CUTE! The American Belgians Chuck and Rustin were beautiful, well cared for horses with even temperaments. We appreciated the photo opportunity with them as well! Thanks guys! Well done!

I cannot say enough good things about this experience! Our tour guide, Rachel, was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about the area and she was willing to answer all of our questions. Mark, the driver, was also wonderful! We sat right behind him, so we were able to hear all about his history with horses. While the ride is bumpy, the views are stunning! Rachel and Mark stopped the carriage so we could get the best pictures. It was also fun getting to know the other tourists on our wagon. Be prepared to get full because the back country dining is several courses!
