The grand finale of the tour is the lookout over the stunning North Shore coastline and the quiet town of Laie, nestled on the edge of the crystal-clear ocean. CHECK-IN TIME: Check in is 45 minutes prior to the start time of tour. A safety demo is given 15 minutes prior to the tour, if you miss the safety demo you will have missed your tour
A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
Minimum age is 7 years
All passenger weights must be advised at time of booking. 240lb/109kg weight limit
Long pants and covered shoes are recommended; bring a light jacket if the weather is cold
We ride rain or shine. If canceled due to unsafe weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
Phones or small cameras are allowed.
No pregnant or intoxicated riders will be allowed to ride.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Our reservation through Viator was for 2:30pm, received call just before 1pm saying our reservation was for 1pm, I told them we had reservation for different time, they said because I was not giving them '2 hour' notice that I was being charged the whole amount. Really lousy customer service. The 2 tour companies are not shaking hands and coordinating the correct times for horse back riding. I will contest this thoroughly as we were not in error. Viator best to respond. Why they confirmed 2:30pm but the Gunstock Ranch said it was for 1pm. Their customer service argued with me and that's not the best way to handle paying customers. This was for 6 people.

I am not as agile as I once was...but then you're not as flexible when you get old My friends and I had an enjoyable time and it was a ❤️ day. Our guide was adorable, but I was the only one who could hear her. I needed help to get off my 🐴, but mounting and riding was fun.
