Enjoy a relaxing horseback ride through one of Oahu’s hidden treasures—the Hawaiian countryside of Gunstock Ranch. You and your horse will travel through shady forest trails and trek across open pastures, spotting grazing cattle, soaring island birds, and maybe even a family of wild pigs.

The grand finale of the tour is the lookout over the stunning North Shore coastline and the quiet town of Laie, nestled on the edge of the crystal-clear ocean. It’s a great spot for photos and a moment of relaxation in one of the most beautiful places around. Plus, the whole ride will be intimate, with small group sizes, so you can experience an authentic paniolo (Hawaiian cowboy) adventure.

CHECK-IN TIME: Check in is 45 minutes prior to the start time of tour. A safety demo is given 15 minutes prior to the tour, if you miss the safety demo you will have missed your tour
A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
Minimum age is 7 years
All passenger weights must be advised at time of booking. 240lb/109kg weight limit
Long pants and covered shoes are recommended; bring a light jacket if the weather is cold
We ride rain or shine. If canceled due to unsafe weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
Phones or small cameras are allowed.
No pregnant or intoxicated riders will be allowed to ride.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

My family absolutely LOVED this experience, we all agreed this was our favorite of Hawaii so far. This was especially a hit with my 14 year old daughter who is very much a city girl. Do keep in mind to wear long jeans and that you will get very dirty. If you have sensitive sinuses wear a mask. Not a good choice for those with knee or hip issues. The handlers were amazing with my mother in law, who needed help to get on the horse.

The area was gorgeous and wranglers were fantastic! I would go back in a heart beat. All the horses are well cared for and well mannered and great to ride.i loved it.
