If you need a quick overview of the town and what all stuff are out there to be discovered, this is a good trip to make. It is a nice first look over the city, and I got a better idea of where I should head next. The staff were really nice too, and the tour guide knew the facts and kept us engaged throughout the whole tour. Overall it was a great experience.

It was fine, it got the job done. They need better quality microphone because there were times when we couldn’t understand half the things the guys said. Also, the seats are like tiny, no elbow space at all.

Me and my family of 4 took this tour as we were so excited to show my visiting family our beautiful city. We found this site as it clearly stated we were to “…Expect Climb aboard a distinctive open-air…“Enjoy unobstructed…..”. Perfect for our visiting family. We were very excited to show and see the great City of Houston on a very expensive $39.95 open air double decker city bus tour where we planned the whole day around it. We are and were very displeased with the tour. My family was in from PA and we took them to see historical and cultural delights of Houston on a fun guided panoramic sightseeing tour from a double decker bus! The bus broke down, which happens, but we should have been offered a refund. We were taken in a bus where we couldn't even see out of the windows, please see pics. I tried to rectify this by personally reaching out to the company multiple times, but all they offered in return was another complimentary tour due to the following… Houston City Tours 05:00 PM We understand you concern. However, the tour took place in the scheduled times, all the stops and landmarks were explored and all passengers had the accompaniment with the tour guide. The tour was completed and we offered all passengers what was included in the experience.
