The Seawall

After touring central Houston with your knowledgeable guide, transfer to a comfortable bus that takes you on a 55-minute drive to reach Galveston, a historic town located on the Gulf of Mexico. During your time in Galveston, enjoy close to three hours on your own to explore. You can purchase lunch in the historic Galveston Strand district then stroll the shops and soak in the small town’s ambiance. Visit the Galveston Seawall, a 10-mile levee with breathtaking views of Galveston Bay. I Throughout the day, learn from the informative commentary provided by your guide while a professional driver handles the navigation. We enjoyed this tour...both drivers were knowledgeable and it was obvious that they both enjoyed sharing that knowledge. Don't miss this opportunity to enjoy exploring these cities without having to drive in extreme traffic.

We really enjoyed both parts of the tour. Firstly the tour of Houston was excellent with a great guide who was interesting and courteous to all guests. Secondly we went to Galveston and had a wonderful afternoon with a super tour guide who went out of her way to look after us all. We particularly enjoyed the castle museum. Thanks.

The shuttle was later than the time frame given, and I almost missed the window to have my luggage checked, and had to run to the gate.
