We’ve lived in the Houston area for nearly 8 years now never knew the rich history of the city until we went in this tour. Rory is an amazing tour guide, has a great personality, and shows what southern hospitality is all about. Definitely recommend the tour for visitors as wells as locals!

I had a great time walking around downtown Houston learning about the history of the city, seeing its architecture, and hearing fun, anecdotal stories about the historical characters who shaped it! It's a great tour if you want to get a feel for Houston in about 2 hours. Rory was a friendly, knowledgeable tour guide that made the tour fun with his affable personality and fun stories mixed with historical facts. I literally pointed out a random building along the walk, and he knew all about its history and why it looked like it was right out of a German mountain town. Very impressive.
