As a family of four this was a great tour. The actual off-road portion was pretty mild and just as described. 75 percent of the tour is on an essentially even dirt road. The last part of the climb to the pass is a little more adventurous, but nothing that made any of my family nervous. I may have actually been disappointed in how mild the tour was if it wasn't for the exceptional information that Jesse dispensed. At every stop he really brought the tour to life. His vast knowledge and great conversational style had my 13 year old listening intently, which parents of teens know is no easy feat. This is more tour than adventure, but make sure to ask for Jesse as your guide and you will have a great time.

Jessie was such an AMAZING tour guide! His personal knowledge of the area & itā€™s history left an invaluable impression upon us. He even stopped & showed us a ā€œfew extraā€ sights along the way. For an easy going, educational & scenic adventure this is a def. recommendation.

Our family of 4 did the Hurrah Pass tour on April 7, 2021 and we absolutely loved it! It was just the right amount of thrill for our girls (ages 11 and 13). Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, safe and courteous. The views and scenery were splendid - we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our ride left at 9:30 am and we got the full 3 hour experience. Sunglasses are a must (the trail gets pretty dusty in places) and we were pleased that helmets were required for our girls, but heavily encouraged for us as well. I highly recommend and would do this tour again and again. Well done, Moab Tourism Center!
