Overview

In this 4 - 5 mile trails with REAL & PURE Huskies you will learn the history of the dog mushing and get an experience on how to help ride the sled with voice commands.

*** 2 tickets are required for Passengers over 250 pounds or 113 Kilograms ***

We will pick you up at 10:00am or 11:00pm at your Hotel in Fairbanks Downtown.

We will meet you at Pike's Waterfront Lodge (1850 Hoselton Drive Fairbanks, AK 99709) or Walmart Parking Lot if you do not stay at a hotel in Fairbanks Downtown.

You may get an email for pick up location and time.
(We DO NOT text you on your phone.)

(Pick up time is subject to change.)

If you use Uber or a rent car to get here, you need to pay additional expense. If you drive to the dog sledding sites, it would be dangerous because of the snow and unknown road conditions. Therefore, we offer to pick you up.

We will upload your pictures into a OneDrive or a Dropbox. We will send a url linked to download them all.

Hey I just came all way down from Colombia to experience the dog sledding tour, and I just wanna say it was an amazing experience, david such an amazing photographer and Tony cool guy with the beautiful dogs, you can feed them and touch them, they are so soft and friendly, I’d repeat it once, twice and many many times! Top choice activity for dog lovers. Dogs are beautiful and friendly. David takes good photos and uploads to cloud drive for us to download. The guy who steer the sled also loves talking about dogs, and the nature. It’s a private tour. Nobody is waiting after us. We got plenty time to play with dogs and photo shoot. Overall, awesome!

This activity is such a wonderful experience for me. I live in a tropical country and we don't get any snow at all. The 5 mile trail on the dog sled is pure exhilaration. Thank you Alaska Journey Tour for giving me this experience. Kudos to my guide and photographer David. More power to you!
