Hydrojet Dolphin Cruise

Overview

We leave our dock in the Hydrojet and cruise the Destin Harbor and then into the East Pass. We will then pick up speed and head into the Gulf of Mexico. Hydrojet then travels east down the beach always searching for marine life such as: dolphins, sharks, sea turtles, sting rays and manatees, ect. Once we find marine life we stop and let you take pictures and video. During days with choppy water we will do wave jumping.

PLEASE remember to TIP the crew, they work hard before, dearing and after your trip to make it very memorable.

The description of this tour is not accurate. It is not a dolphin watch at all. The driver only slowed down a few times in areas that dolphins have been seen before, but we quickly jetted away before having seeing any. The good: The “ride” is good for anyone seeking an amusement park style ride on the water. The captain and crew were great with kids the allowing them to drive the boat and get pictures. The bad: The majority of the ride was getting splashed by fast moving water for 30 mins straight. We left completely soaked and sore. Not the jet boat operators’s fault, but Viator needs to change the description of this: aka You should bring a swimsuit, a towel and a change of clothes. The jet boat company will provide a dry, safe container for your belongings.

The hydrojet boat is a dolphin cruise ,we cruise the crab island, beach and Gulf of mexico,we go out there and looking for dolphins and other marine life and also we jumped waves and having fun while we cruising so you will get wet or may not it's depend . We the Dolphins boat tour it's not 100% Guaranted to see dolphins because they are wild life and it's beyond our control to make them show up or jump! If we don't see it no other dolphins boat will see it either because we always helping each other and radio all the time if we see dolphins or not ... and I'm sorry if you did not enjoy your ride .

Definitely worth the money and time invested!! Only down side was that the gulf was pretty rough out there.

The boat broke down before my ride time. Was looking forward to the experience but had to cancel without an option of rescheduling.
