Hydrojet Dolphin Cruise

Overview

We leave our dock in the Hydrojet and cruise the Destin Harbor and then into the East Pass. We will then pick up speed and head into the Gulf of Mexico. Hydrojet then travels east down the beach always searching for marine life such as: dolphins, sharks, sea turtles, sting rays and manatees, ect. Once we find marine life we stop and let you take pictures and video. During days with choppy water we will do wave jumping.

PLEASE remember to TIP the crew, they work hard before, dearing and after your trip to make it very memorable.

It’s a great ride. I enjoyed seeing the dolphins. It’s worth the money. It’s fin and safe. I did not know what to expect, it did not disappoint

We liked how fast the boat went through the water. The boat captain knew just where to stop to see the most dolphin action and he let the little kids that were on the boat steer the boat for awhile. Very enjoyable!!

Due to being unable to make the scheduled tour on time on September 3rd at 2 pm, we lost our 80 dollars. When I called the customer service rep, she informed me we missed the 2 pm slot on September 3rd, but there were two more spots at 5:15 pm. However, the customer service rep said we would have to pay again. Instead of allowing us as prepaying customers to move our time to the 5:15 pm slot, we were told we would have to pay another 80 bucks. This was a horrible experience for us. Out of 80 dollars and still did not get a chance to do the tour.

With our policy, we inform you to show up to the hut and hour before the trip to check in. Customers are informed of the no refund policy. With this costumer, they did not show up until an hour a half after, at 3:30. We do not have a 5:15 trip, and with this past weekend being labor day weekend, the boat was booked out so there was no available spots to be taken that day.
