What To Expect

Illuminarium Las Vegas

Illuminarium offers a family-friendly experience during the day and transforms in the evenings into Illuminarium After Dark, an adults-only nightlife venue. It’s the perfect destination for celebrations of all kinds including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, social groups, field trips and more. There are currently 3 shows operating during the day: WILD, Georgia O'Keeffe and Space. The show for the date you are visiting will be displayed when you check the availability.

Their front door worker is very rude and treated us (4 customers) as if we were intruding on them. We bought 4 tickets two days beforehand. The tickets were cancelled and Illuminarium gave no reason or warning. Our tickets were purchased through Vegas.com (great site! - they actually gave us a refund the next day). The front door young lady told us to leave and contact our ticket provider if we wanted a refund. We would have come back later that evening had they not been so terribly RUDE to us. Whatever this place does, it cannot be so wonderful that customers should be treated like that. Maybe the young lady had a bad morning? We will never go back.

My favorite part of Illuminarium is that you feel like you are actually right there with the animals, in space, walking on the moon etc. The atmosphere is truly amazing! Anyone at any age can & should enjoy this one of a kind experience!

While we loved the Space show we were disappointed that the entry time was listed as 9pm but we didn’t get let in until almost 10. Monday night football was there before our show and we were told the delay was because “it takes a lot to set up Space “. So maybe the start time should be advertised for later
