My husband and I really enjoyed this float! We are moderately experienced but had not used inflatable kayaks before so it was fun to try something new. Danny was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed for a safe trip. We surprised a few herons along the way and had a blast on the ripples (mini rapids). I think my favorite sections were the tree tunnels, so peaceful! We took about 2 hours at our pace, which was a perfect length to enjoy the scenery and not feel too fatigued. We also saw a coatimundi crossing the road on our way back!

It was my first time kayaking. I loved it. Danny provided my kayak and gave great instructions on what to do in different incidents. The Verde River is a hidden gem!

Had the best time. Had a 14 y/o, 13 y/o and 8 y/o and that all loved the self guided adventure! I would recommend for anyone who loves being out doors and is looking for a relaxing half day adventure.
