I actually did the same thing, except the half day Kayak trip. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and great to talk to. They did a great job of taking care of me and the other customers, from the time of arrival, to getting appropriate gear to getting into the water, dealing with the navigation of the water and getting out. My guide, River, was both interesting and helpful. If you are not familiar with these types of kayaks, they get (cold) water inside them right away, so you need to be prepared for that. I will do this again (probably the full day) the next time I am in the area.

I was billed by Viator for a full day ‘starting at 1pm’. When I got there they say that they don’t have full day. The price was almost $45 dollars difference. Tried to call Viator. No luck
