Very nice experience! Ideal for families and kids. We were a group of 12 8 adults and 4 kids 13, 10, 9 and 7 years old. Even the little one could follow without any difficulty. We had a very nice and gentle guide, Bill, who told us so much interesting information about Central Park. We were also very lucky regarding the weather, it was a sunny and very warm day! I would suggest it to families who visit Central Park for the first time, because it's a wonderful idea for a family excursion, fun, interesting and safe at the same time. Our kids wished to bike for a little longer! We look forward to doing it again next time we visit NY City. The only negative comment is the difficulty I faced to contact the Customer Service - they didn't answer the phone, although I was advised to call them 48 hours before our bike tour to verify our participation. Finally I e-mailed them and they replied, so no worries. The meeting point was at the 96th and Broadway, at Dunny's Cycles.

Even though we live in the area, never really explored the park in its massive scale. It is so vast and amazing, we wanted to see it all and know the history and stories. The biking tour is perfect.
