It started to rain shortly after the tour started and it was cool. But we still had a wonderful time riding around Central Park Our guide was informative and funny. Really enjoyed this and would recommend to anyone visiting NYC

The people at the reception were unpleasant, I did not feel welcomed at all. No smile, if you don't fill in the form correctly, you get packed. $1 is charged to the credit card for administrative or similar charges. We highly recommend a $5 insurance for a 2h visit. Fortunately, the (Joe) Central Park tour guide helps us to pick up the tab, with his explanations, his enthusiasm and the fact that he does not look on time and allows us to take our time.

Unfortunately, the bike broke down in Central Park after 20 minutes. We had to push and the day was over. Service was disastrous. No refund, just a phone number to call...
