Carlos was a fabulous guide! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. His communication was clear and concise regarding where to meet, how to cross the border, and how to recognize him. I was with my mom (80) and MIL (73) and he modified his pace to match theirs. When there was extra time he brought us to extra places. He was friendly with many of the shop owners and people in the market. Tijuana was safe, clean, and enjoyable.

The guide was very friendly and the trip was enjoyable. I felt safe as a solo female in the group setting. I met wonderful people traveled using the tour group. Tip: Be sure to bring a jacket and a hat. Be ready to deal with the length of time that you need to wait on the border on your way back into the U.S.

Carlos our guide was brilliant. We felt safe, saw a few interesting places. The tour went 2 hours over time. He did help us get back over the border quicker for a small fee (to a 3rd party, not to Carlos). It was too long for us. The description said 4 hours, but it went on much longer, add in a 2 hour wait at the border, makes it a very long day.
