Had a very enjoyable tour through Tijuana. Our guide Javier was superbly enthusiastic and knowledgeable and gave us a lot of local context to everything we saw and visited including the market, local museum and tequila shop. Ended the day with some much needed local grub off the beaten track which I definitely wouldn't have found if I had gone by myself. Can thoroughly recommend.

As first time visitors to Mexico - and reading about the long queues for cars to cross the border - this walking tour and introduction to the real Tijuana was perfect. Xavier, our guide, met us at the US side of the border and we walked over to Mexico in about 15 minutes. Xavier is clearly passionate about his country and knowledgeable about the history and culture of Tijuana. We would not have seen and learned so much if we had gone independently. Javier took us to open and indoor markets, some pasajes which are being rejuvenated with interesting shops, bars and coffee houses and to the museum and he pointed out things of interest throughout the day. We sampled local food, ice-cream, tequilas and craft beers. Javier constantly checked on us and what we wanted from the trip, answered all our questions and he paced the day very well. To end the day, he took us back to the border crossing on a local bus [an interesting experience in itself!] and he was able to point out other sights of interest in this vibrant city. We would highly recommend this tour company and Javier as a kind, knowledgeable and accommodating guide.

We were a large party of 9 and wanted to explore Tijuana for the day so chose to have a guide to be able to see the best of the city. We arrived at the check in point at the US/Mexico border and met and were helped over the border by the very helpful and friendly Andres and then met up with our main guide Umberto just across the border. We had an excellent time seeing everything Tijuana had to offer and Umberto took us to some really interesting places and was very knowledgeable about the city and made us feel very safe and comfortable. We were joined by a second guide, Harry and were taken to an incredible food market and then to a rooftop bar. Everyone in our group had an amazing time and our guides really enhanced our visit to Tijuana. Gracias por todo!
