I booked this trip as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend, and let me tell you, it was an incredible experience. If you're wondering whether a walking tour is safe, it is. Carlos Saavedra, you did a fantastic job! Thank you for an unforgettable experience filled with historical sites, delicious food, souvenir shops, and, oh my, the drinks!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Meeting point representative and instructions to meet our guide on the Mexico side was seamless. Our guide Tonia was simply amazing. Highly recommended.

The guide was a no show! After and hour and a half waiting around and multiple attempts to reach the vendor, both directly and through Viator, I am still waiting for some sort of communication explaining the reason for the mixup as well as a refund. I have used Viator often because I was under the impression that I would be protected from this type of situation but sadly, I was mistaken.
