Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
This is a novice/beginner mountain biking activity - basic cycling skills are required but no prior off-road mountain biking experience is required.

We are asking that guests drive their own vehicle and follow the guide to the trailhead as a means of minimizing contact between you and your guide. If that’s not possible and you prefer to get in our van, you will then need to wear a mask while in our vehicle and when you are close to the guide.

This was a great day for us. My 6 year old daughter was super excited but also scared and needed some extra help and encouragement. We all love riding our bicycles but new with mountain bikes. Our guide Steve was kind, patient, flexible, and knowledgable. He was able to go with the flow of what our family needed. We took turns going out with my older daughter and then eventually also on a short solo loop with him. My youngest left feeling accomplished instead of discouraged which feels like a win. She's looking forward to our next mountain bike adventure. We all wanted to keep going. Covid precautions were observed and it felt super safe. We drive separately and met the van with bikes at at the trails. I highly recommend this tour and company.

Sam and Carl were great! Traveling alone and haven’t Mountain biked in 3+ years, this was the tour for me. They both catered to each individual’s level while keeping things moving. The scenery is incredible. A great introduction session. Varying uphills with fun downhills, all the while keeping an eye on where we all were. They both have excellent tips and were engaging. I highly recommend this tour.

We were off to a great start, Noel was a fantastic and educated guide. He explained in detail how touchy the breaks were, but I needed to experience first hand. 😂 After flipping over the handlebars, Noel was very quick to run to my aid. Wrapped my wrist and my husband and I opted to walk the bikes out. Noel and crew came back around once complete and continued to ride the walk of shame with me. I ended up fracturing my wrist which is in a cast and my right elbow is in a sling, completely my own fault. That evening I received another call checking up on me. Thank you for the great story to go home with and I see it as a badge of honor. Shanon/Marty - MD
