What a wonderful tour given by DD. She was so good and knew so much about the island having grow up there. Meet us at the ferry right on time if you are planning to tour Martha's Vineyard use HomeGrown Tours you won't be disappointed. Also has great suggestions for restaurants. Thanks DD!

My husband and I saw DeeDee's van in Vineyard Haven as we were trying to figure out how best to maximize our one full day on the island (we had no vehicle). It was as if she was waiting for us and we soon realized our great luck in finding her. She took us on a 2.5 hour tour of the entire island, "up" island to the Aquinnah Lighthouse and the beautiful bluffs, to Menemsha, Oak Bluffs, John Belushi's grave, and everywhere in-between. Being an island native, DeeDee gave us so much information, both historical and current. And, she was willing to stop as often as requested for pictures, which I greatly appreciated. DeeDee's tour was a highlight of our visit to Martha's Vineyard.

A very informative tour given by the owner was a great way to see the island. She is a native of the island and knew a lot of stories and history that you wouldn't get on a regular tour.
