The website set up by Viator should clearly state BEFORE booking that it is not recommended for children under 10! I interpreted their lack of stating that clearly on the website, that children under 10 were free. My husband and I brought our 9 year old grandson and were told by bus driver that we could go, but he couldn't. I spoke to tour operator by phone and had no satisfactory response other than to say we could take the 2 o'clock tour. I told her that was not possible as we had tickets for the return ferry at 3:30. With no satisfactory resolution to our dilemma, I hung up. This was followed by two nasty texts from her. We ended up paying $105 for another tour, but lost the $120 for this one! Don't sign up for it if you have kids!!

YOU CANNOT BOOK FOR TWO AND EXPECT THREE SEATS.... no seats are for free.... nice try with your scam.... it CLEARLY states that children under 10 are not allowed.... and i sent zero texts to you that were nasty... i have proof of my texts... would you like me to share the here to show you lie? i can do that.... im not a liar or a thief and i dont like either of them ..... so good try.... i TRIED to offer a 50% refund but you were RUDE and hung up on me... so no refund.... try being positive...it might help
