I had such an amazing time with Chef Alex and Chef Mark. They were so attentive and fully explained every step before instructing us to perform them. I love how they interacted with us, walked around to ensure we were well informed all the way and they made it so much fun. I would highly recommend this experience and would certainly do it again with both instructors.
