Our experience was nothing short of excellent. As it turned out, we were the only ones on the tour, and our driver Ray was incredibly accommodating. Gave great facts about Tennessee as we drove to Lynchburg. Went above and beyond, using his familiarity with the people working at the Jack Daniels Tour to give us the best experience possible. Namely, having someone take our bottle to be etched while we were still waiting in line so we wouldn't miss the tour. Incredible value, service, and would gladly recommend to anyone looking to take the tour!

The tour guide, Bob, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and of the facility and gave us what to expect when we got to Lynchburg as well as to the distillery itself. We had a great tour at Jack Daniels and enjoyed the square of downtown. The downside is that there is only 1 place to eat and it is a BBQ place so would be great if there were more options or there were more instructions given of what to expect for food since it is limited. Overall a good experience.
