Jekyll Island Dolphin Tours

Overview
Join our fully narrated 90 minute dolphin/sightseeing tour from the Jekyll Wharf as we travel the scenic waterways of beautiful Jekyll Island to observe the magnificent bottlenose dolphins feeding, playing, or simply cruising about in their natural habitat while you learn about their social behavior, feeding habits, and much more. The waters around Jekyll are home to one of the world’s largest populations of these beautiful creatures. Our tour will take you along the intra coastal waterway, salt marshes and wilderness beaches. Along with seeing Dolphin there are often sea turtles, manatees, egrets, herons, roseate spoonbills, and osprey plus shrimp boats and luxury yachts.
Our comfortable boats are US Coast Guard and certified for 49 passengers per boat, are equipped with a sun cover, MP3 Stereo and a bathroom. All our Captains are Master Mariners with years of experience in the local history and ecology of the pristine Georgia Coastline. Let's go!

Well..there were no dolphins to be found. But the tour was none the less enjoyable, interesting and great to see other wildlife, places of historic interest, lots of local tidbits.

We have been on the Sunset Dolphin Tour many of times! It has never disappointed us. Captain Adam and Jamie our tour guide are awesome! I always learn something new about dolphins or the beautiful place called Jekyll Island. I love their banter and humor! We saw a lot of dolphins on our trip. Including some young one. Dolphins are awesome and mystical creatures. I always am delighted when I see them. The Jekyll Island Dolphin Tour is a must when you visit Jekyll Island.

Great, knowledgeable tour guides! They worked well together, which made for a seamless experience. My only regret is not doing the tour sooner! It would have been a great way to start our vacation.
