The tour was fun. It was a freezing cold night and they shifted accommodations to ensure we were warm. They took us in a shuttle to the old high school so we didn’t have to finish our tour outside. This touch gave them a 4th star. We wish our tour guide knew more history, understood the ghosts more, and could tell us about the town. We think hiring a few more mediums to connect with the ghosts in order to add knowledge to the tour would help. They need to beef up the tour in order for it to be worth the money. All in all we had a solid experience.

Thank you for the feedback! Due to the extremely cold temperatures and snowy weather, we were trying to accommodate everyone by taking the groups to the indoor locations. This cut out some of the other outdoor locations. The majority of the group was in favor of this as the cold weather was tough to bare. I think if you took the tour without the accommodated route due to the weather, you might have been better satisfied. The Jerome Ghost Walk is also the 1 hour tour. Our Pandora's Box tour is our meaty 2 hour tour. As this was a ghost walk and not a history tour, the guides will focus on the ghost portion and less on history. All guides having been through training at the Jerome Historical Society and are fluent in the towns history. Due to the nature of the tour, history is not a focal point. I often jump on the tours to oversee and review my tour guides so I will take note of your comments on my next review. I appreciate your feedback.. If you return in better weather and would like to take the standard route tour, I will honor a 25% discount.
