I do not recommend this challenging game for solo travelers. No team mates can be provided for you.
Most hunters need to be able to walk for 2 hours. However if you have a less mobile team member, your host can make suggestions of where they can play from and interact with their team by smart phone.
Guests understand there is no refund for cancelations less than 24 hours prior to the game.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This was an absolutely amazing experience! Two hours absolutely flew by and we enjoyed SO much hunting for clues and talking to the locals. This has been our favorite thing we have done in a long time- definitely not something that we could have done on our own or even with a tour that Jerome would offer.
