Jet Ski are old, they don’t even go fast and also they charge you extra money at the place. Is just an hour and you will be trying to fix the jet ski Every 10 min

Hello natalia I think you might have the wrong company? Our jetskis are all 2020 and run as they should for rental skis. I have not received any negative comments from any of our recent guest. Also we do not charge anything additional unless you want to purchase the picture package which is $20 and optional or you have a additional passenger which is stated very clearly on viator that the tickets your purchase are for single riders. And if you have a passenger you will have an additional charge of $20 when you arrive.

The experience was wonderful . They were very proactive and professional sending updates throughout the time . They also called me twice if I had any questions and to confirm my appointment.The only complaint which simply really isn’t valid , is they mean there 10 min grace period . If you are later that that it will indeed go into your paid time . Sadly I lost 5 minutes to my own doing .

Hello we are glad your jet ski ride went smooth and you enjoyed it with no complaints. the booking price on viator is for a single rider as clearly stated in the description. we allowed an additional rider on a jet ski for an additional price of $20 due upon arrival as mentioned in our website. Viator can confirm this and any concerns.
