Enjoy the freedom of riding your very own Jet Ski in the tropical waters of Miami! This activity offered by Miami Watersports is a must do for any thrill seeker looking to add some excitement to their day.

Our brand-new Sea Doo GTI 130 pro are fast and extremely stable for all levels of experience. We operate inside of a calm protected bay which is great to practice your skills and become a better rider. Your professional Jet Ski instructors will go over how to operate the machine and our safety rules. They will then guide the group to a large designated riding area where you may ride as fast as you want with no restrictions as long as you stay inside of the boundaries. The instructors will be in the center of the zone, ready to assist if needed. Our jet ski can fit up to two riders, driver and passenger will be able to switch during the ride.

Terrible place no Coustermer service Was sent away after not having boat license When no one told me I need one before And they didn’t offer a refund

We booked a 30min jetski session on Friday. All day long, no one was there. We tried to call but nobody answered. Luckily we had time to come back on Saturday to see that they were open, because they don't refund anything. When we told them of our displeasure, they didn't want to hear anything and completely ignored the comment. Their excuse was, that the weather was probably not very nice and that we must have received an email. (No email, and a perfect day without much wind). After asking if we could have a compensation, we were ignored again. Also, registration takes at least 30 minutes, on IPads that are no longer very tactile, it was difficult to register. Once on the jetski, we went out of the port which took about 10 min, to then turn around for 10min, to then return for 10min. So the fun didn't last and the space to have fun is not very large. I recommend to choose another location, so you don't have to experience this.

Hi Lotti, I am sorry you about your issue. Can you confirm what day you were originally booked with us? If we close due to weather we call every single bookings that day to let them know. You for sure got a txt or voicemail from us. It is hard for us to control the weather... About the signing up, waivers are to be completed online, which can be done on your phone. It should take more then 2 mins to fill it out. Not sure why you experienced issued filling it out... Regards,

Customer service was awful.. couldn’t ride the jet skis because the boat test don’t accept visas!!! Workers did not care or try to offer help!!! Should have you fill everything out before they take your money!!!
