Our guide did a good job of showing us the city and explaining the events of the assassination. However, we were very disappointed to be ticketed $150.00 by the parking attendant for not leaving a parking receipt in the dashboard of our car. We parked where the guide directed us to park which was where he met us and felt he should have advised of this rule. He became defensive and blamed us for this error. We spent the money we would have used on a tip to pay an unnecessary parking ticket which soured the experience.

Dear guest ,first we would like to thank you for your review and apologize that you got a parking ticket the day of your tour .Also with all dew respect kindly bring to your attention that in 20 years of being in business it is our ultimate goal to Be on time in picking up our guests, make every guests safety ,well being a priority as well as treating everyone with respect, a wonderful time and unique experience.Lastly to drop our guests off safe, secure and happy(This is the job description of a tour guide,).It is not our companys or your guides job to educate guests on common sense in parking in a major city .Every parking lot in Downtown Dallas as well as every other major city in the Nation has signage located in every direction (PAY FOR PARKING HERE)with a machine to purchase tickets. It was also brought to my attention that you put the responsibility of taking care of your elderly father on your tour guide, literally holding him up through out your tour as he almost fell to the ground twice as well, this is not in the job description of your guide and an obvious safety issue (for future reference) .Once again we apologise you got a ticket and kindly remind you that parking lots in major cities are not free and to please read signage posted all around you to avoid this situation. Thanks so much for your review and business.Take care,be safe Best Regards..

Went on this tour today with Johnny and he was awesome. Although the museum was closed due to Covid-19, he made up for it with visiting more areas of downtown. He was well studied about the events of 11/22/1963 and what led up to it and the aftermath. It wasn't just about JFK but about all the characters involved. We were so impressed and had such a great time, we are planning to go back. This is a must do activity in Dallas.
