This tour is worth its weight in gold!! We were sooooo lucky to get Johnny as our tour guide ~ he knows everything there is to know about the Kennedy assassination! He'll take you through the entire process of what happened that day, give you all of the facts, tell you different therories and let you decide what you believe actually happened. Learned more from him than in the actual museum portion! If you do nothing else ~ TAKE THIS TOUR!! I was very young when this happened and remember studying it in school but learned so much from this tour!!

I was a teenager when JFK was shot-- and had never been to Dallas till this summer, when I took this tour with Danny as our guide. He was superb! He has great knowledge of the Assassination of John F. Kennedy, and is very passionate about telling us about it. The tour starts on the parade route, and you are able to walk to the area where JFK was shot, and see the places on the road where the shots hit him, and then go over to the grassy knoll. After that, Danny drove us out to see where Oswald lived, where his wife lived , where he killed Officer Tippit, and the movie theatre where he was captured. Danny then took us back to Dallas proper and showed us where Jack Ruby had a night club, and the building where he shot Oswald, and told us how that happened. It all made more sense, to see where all of these things happened. Danny allowed us plenty of time to look at each place and take pictures. He then left us at the Museum, which was so important, too, to see where that building was from which Oswald made the shots, and to see how close it was to the parade route that day. However, I understood the whole story much better for the great explanations of that day that Danny gave us. Thank you, Danny, and Fun Dallas Tours for a very meaningful day!

One of the best museums I've been to and an absolute must-see in Dallas. Make sure you have a good 2 to 3 hours though if you want the full experience with the audio guide (it's worth taking the time). The best part were the screens at the 6th floor window where the shots came from, they showed a 2 or 3 minute virtual video of what it would have actually looked like on the day, incl. the motorcade diving into Dealey Plaza. After the tour, it's worth walking to the place where the Zapruder film was shot, gives another perspective to it all.
