We go on tour after tour every city we visit - this one sounded incredible, and we were excited to go. After being picked up at our hotel, the driver picked up more passengers next to the 6th Floor Museum. We drove 100 yards to the other side of the museum and pulled over. The driver remained parked in that spot for over 1 hour talking about the various events and individuals surrounding the day JFK was shot. WE SAT FOR OVER AN HOUR WHILE HE TALKED NONSTOP. All the while, the book depository, plaza and famed ā€œgrassy knollā€ area was behind us, and it took 30 minutes to even realize that was ā€œthe spotā€ - the guide never really pointed out the area of where the Zapruder film was done. All that history a few feet away and this guy rambled on and on. After and hour, we drove near Oswaldā€™s old haunts, where he shot the Dallas policeman, where he got caught, his boarding house, where Jack Ruby hung out etc. Finally, he dropped us off at the museum with our tickets and took off, leaving us to walk back to our hotel. The tour was not good.

Dear customer. I want to thank you for your business, and for your review. I am sorry you were disappointed on your JFK Tour. In the past 17 years, we have the privilege to serve thousands of satisfying customers on JFK Tour. After 55 years JFK assassination is still a very hot topic. 90% of people who take the tour would like to hear our in-depth experience and knowledge about what happened on that tragic day. It takes years of researching reading and investigating to get to the point when Able to talk about it for one hour and more. To check out the Grassy knoll you donā€™t need to take a tour, itā€™s open for public, and it only takes a few minutes to walk around this. I respectfully accept your criticism, because thatā€™s what helps me to get that business better every day. Respectfully, Alex Schusterman

Johnny was brilliant, engaging and informative. The tour added depth to the museum by bringing the events of the day into an embodied present. excellent way of seeing, feeling and understanding.
