Your experienced guide is your driver on this 2-hour small group tour. See the places and re-live the events of the assassination. You will see historical Dealey Plaza, The Sixth Floor, and Lee Harvey Oswald's travels on the fateful day in 1963. Also includes a unique tour of Oswald's Rooming House, just as it was in 1963. There will be stops for great photo memories along the way.

Join us as we step back into history. You will see and visit the popular sights and get a rare insider look of the events that took place in Dallas. Retrace the travels of the “assassin”, Lee Harvey Oswald after the assassination. See where he lived, worked and was captured.

Dealey Plaza National Historic Landmark District

Where JFK was shot.

The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza

Pass by the Museum, which is in the former Texas School Book Depository building, where evidence of a sniper was found after the assassination of President Kennedy.

The Texas Theatre

Oswald was captured here. Tour may stop if time and traffic allow.

Rachel was our tour guide. She clearly loves her job and respects this important period in our country’s history. She was very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. She had several side stories to tell that I felt I would not get from other tour companies. The facts were very educational - the conspiracy theories left you to decide what might have happened. The Lee Harvey Oswald history was very interesting - learned some new things and to see where he lived as it still stands was extremely fascinating. I would highly recommend using Great R Tours. As an aside - if you have any extra time take a minute to ask Rachel her backstory! She has led an incredible life and it was interesting to hear about how she got to where she is today! (We had some time to kill before the remainder of our group showed up so I had a great conversation with Rachel). A+ tour experience!

I asked about attendance at the book depository and guide did not tell me it would be closed the following two days, Monday and Tuesday and since I was leaving Tuesday morning I was unable to see this tour. I think this is something she should have m Known.
