We had previously visited and it's a nice indoor activity at the obx. Basic jump park, with a small arcade and axe throwing area. We were dissapointed to learn upon checking in that the official Jumpmaster socks from THIS location are required to jump. We had one pair from obx Jumpmaster, and 2 from a VA Jumpmaster, disappointing that we were required to buy more socks, when the only difference in the socks was color. I understand the money grab, but I'd feel better if the socks were included as a souvenir and included with admission. The transparent money grab left a bad taste in our mouth, so much that we forgot to use our coupons. We did return to the desk and the coupon was honored and a few dollars returned.
We have now added to our collection of jump socks so we should be fine if we decide to return to this jump park. I hope they dont change the acceptable color before then.
For reference the owner of a new jump park in our hometown gave us a free pair of his jump socks when he saw us with Jumpmaster socks, adding he would rather have us wear his, and promptly gave us a pair at no charge.

Hi, we apologize that we did not meet your expectations and that you were unsatisfied with your experience. We post on our website, social media and in the park to inform our patrons about the use of our socks. We are the only Jumpmasters in the world, there are other trampoline parks but as a local and veteran owned park we do require our red Jumpmasters socks to be worn. It is only a one time purchase and we hope you return to use them again. Please reach out to us at
[email protected] and we can discuss your experience in more detail to rectify the discrepancy.
