Tour duration includes transportation to and from the Goldbelt Tram and Airport Area Hotels.

Please ensure to select the correct passenger option when booking your tour. The space inside the aircraft and we want to guarantee everyone will be comfortable in the helicopter. Selecting the improper option or misreporting weight can cause tour delays and cancellations without refund.
No-bag policy. If you have medical needs that require a carry on, please note at time of booking. All bags brought to base will be stored in the tour office until you return from your flight
Dress warmly and in layers, and wear rubber-soled shoes such as a light hiking boot or athletic shoes. The tour company will provide overshoes and can supply raincoats as needed. Remember to bring your camera, film and binoculars!
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative time or full refund
Please ensure your weight is in the correct format (kgs/lbs) when you include your weight at checkout
WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS – Please remember that each passenger will be weighed at our facilities. Be sure accurate weights have been reported and proper passenger types have been selected for each passenger. Misreporting weights or selecting the wrong passenger type may cause tour delays and cancellations without refunds.
ADA - We have an ADA lift that assists guests with getting in and out of the helicopter. If guests use the ADA lift, they will be required to stay inside the helicopter on the glacier. While on the glacier the pilot-guide will open the doors so guests can still take in the sights, sounds and smells. The ADA lift has a weight restriction of no more than 250 lbs. You MUST notify Coastal Helicopters if you will be requiring the ADA helicopter lift. ADA Transportation to and from our facilities provided.
Failure to provide mandatory information will result in cancellation of bookings. You must provide individual weights and pick up location details.
Coastal Helicopters will try our best to accommodate parties/families in the same helicopter. However, we cannot guarantee seating as it is all based on helicopter weight and balance, as well as the other parties within the flight. This will be determined at the time of check in once everyone on the flight has weighed in. Should your family/party be in split into multiple helicopters, the landing will happen together. Please also note that lap children are NOT allowed, and each passenger must purchase a full fare ticket.

Absolutely amazing! We toasted each other with glacial water collected in paper cups and soaked in the beauty practically alone on an isolated glacier. I loved the helicopter flight and felt very safe. Our group decided this excursion was the highlight of of our Alaskan adventure.

Very nice parks, however, have an evil that makes you think about whether or not to visit the parks and are the cost overruns that come out and that wish they were low, are costs that impact the pockets of visitors, and do not come to me with the logic that they are costs for the proper functioning of the park, and as such are not mandatory but if uncomfortable. To start tips, even to shake hands to get off a bus they want to ask you tips, tip for him to drive, tip for the one who comments something, tip for the one who picks up the table, etc.. and the tip 5.00 dollars is not tip for them, will they pay a very low salary to their employees? Transport is part of the package taken, why should I give something else to the driver? The other thing the photos, in some places do not allow you cameras, however special they are for such activity, however the photos have a high cost and when they go to their site to download you realize that some only have 35 photos, where 10 are not even of your family and the price very high. Other activities, they charge an extra for other activities, which is not bad, but sometimes only that activity costs more than the same package, too expensive for the activity and the time they give it, I do not recommend it.
