Not notifed (via email) until Aug. 29th that I needed to download app. Was not able to pick up this email until the Cruise ship ported in Juneau. It took 48 minutes for the app to download. Note: my travel buddy could not get the app to download on their IPhone, so they were not able to use the app. This was a lot of wasted time. We started the walking tour and within 30 minutes decided that we would be better off just visiting the city not using my phone. We had to have it on speaker due to the above issue. Also we found the narration and the locations being directed to, to be boaring. Suggested fixes: 1: Download email sent a week before date of tour 2: Not sure if Juneau really has enough historical buildings / sites to make this app relevant.

Some backtracking, confusing directions, not interesting facts. For instance, Hearing that this brewery opened 50 years after Prohibition ended, was not interesting.
