Great tour!! It was good to see crew members spraying all the seats prior to excursion. We had a couple adult beverages along the way and the bartender called me by my name!! The audio narrative was great but could have been a little louder due to patrons talking over narrator.. The boat captain is a rock starr! To navigate the New River canal with dozens of other boat was short of amazing!

The cruise per se was very nice! There was a miscommunication between the Viator and Jungle Queen riverboat. 1h before our trip-on Valentines Day-I got a message saying my booking (made 6 days prior and already paid) was cancelled. The front desk girl from Jungle Queen wasn't too helpful, didn't bother about my issue, she said my ticket was not in their system. So my husband made a call and put Viator phone operator through the riverboat receptionist. They blame on each other for a couple of minutes and after all they said it was a miscommunication between them. Everything goes well when it ends well.
