We were informed of our sight seeing cruise being canceled right as we walked up due to high winds. We were told the company contacted Trip Advisor but we didn't receive any communication. I just want to know how to get my refund.

I am sorry for the delayed response. Hopefully, Trip Advisor has refunded your money. We must follow ALL US Coast Guard regulations. The occasional high winds do effect the ability to control the boats. Since you booked through a 3rd party (Trip Advisor), they are the only party that can issue refunds. Again, we regret that you were unable to enjoy the cruise.

Fun, laid back cruise with drinks on board. Relaxing atmosphere with an educated tour guide. Family friendly.
